We offer 24 plus flavors of ice cream and sugar in almost every form. Try an old fashioned shake, malt, or freeze hand scooped and mixed on our old school shake machines. The sundaes and banana splits are sure to wow everyone and if you are really hungry take the kitchen sink challenge, finish it in one sitting and you will get your photo on the wall.

We are also pretty passionate about gourmet grilled cheese. We’ll throw just about anything on a grilled cheese and if it’s good it goes on the menu. Our sandwich names are a nod to the blue collar industries in Trinity County that keep America rockin’ & rollin’.
